" I buy A lot of toys Vetts, dirt bikes, boat, etc. I will say without a doubt you have the best customer service I have ever seen across the board. Usually every where I go sales may be great but the service department will be lacking or the parts guys are rude. Or the sales will be bad but the service department will be good. This was not the case at Elk Grove Harley. This has been the best experience I have ever had. Michael Jenson went out of his way to make sure I got the right bike for me and my wife. Wendy Leffler made sure all our questions were answered before buying so we were not disappointed. The service department made sure everything was to my liking before pickup as well as Michael. The gals in the clothing section treated me and my wife better than any clothing store I have been in, going past there shift to make sure everything was perfect. Last but not least the poor young man in the parts department who has had to deal with me about 50 times in the first week with no end insight has been the greatest of all! I apologise I can't remember his name. But if he sees this I am the owner of the new Fat Boy. I think he will know who I am. "Saturday 10/27 while out on my '02 Roadking with my wife, my forward shifter stripped in the up gear positon. I was near the Elk Grove Harley Shop and stopped in. The service department was outstanding. They had to replace the shifter shaft and one of the shifter arms. The parts were in stock. We were back on the road in a half hour. Great job and outstanding cutomer service. Thanks again."

"I have been to many Harley Davidson dealerships. I have had lots of bad experiences with sales, parts and service people. It seems they just don't have pride in what they do anymore and I will only go to them if I absolutly have to. Well let me say that Elk Grove Harley Davidson is the model all businesses should follow behind. Freindly, courtious and helpful, everyone that works there, no joke. My experience buying my new 2008 Street Glide was a nice experience not a hassle. They make you feel like you are family and you meet with each department before you leave. "I would like to thank everyone at the shop and my salesman George. You guys are the best! I got my bike in Feb. of this year I have a sporster 2007 and I really love it. While I was singing all the paper work George asked me if I wanted to get the tire insurance. At first I said no but my father had come with me and he said it might be a good idea to get this insurance. After I though about it for a while I told George go ahead and let me have the tire insurance. The best thing I ever did because the second day I had my bike I was on the freeway doing about 70 miles an hour and I had a blow out on my back tire. I had run over a nail. I got off the freeway and into a service sation. The first thing I did was I called George for help. He told me to get my bike to the shop so I could get the tire fixed. I had to have it towed to the shop at $150. I got to the shop and the service dept. got right on fixing the problem. I sent my tow charges to the Harley Davidson and with in a weeks time I got a check for $150 my tow charges. I am so glad I got that insurance. Thank you so much George."

"Last September I bought a new Softail Custom from your store and put 4800 miles on it having a lot of fun running around with the Elk Grove HOG group. I was having so much fun that my wife wanted to go on rides with the group as well. My Softail is very comfortable but not so much for a girl with some back problems. I thought the answer would be to build her a trike out of an 06 Sporty. It worked for the most part pretty good and it was a way for her to go on short rides with the HOG group but it still wasn't the best solution. We came into the store on the 19th of May and talked about our situation with our buddy Gary. His answer to the problem was an Electric Glide Classic. He let us take a demo ride on a used 07 and my wife and I had such a great experience that we came back and bought a new one off of the showroom floor. Gary took such great care in the sale and was able to get the whole thing done in about an hour and a half. We have now gone on a couple of rides with the HOG group and a couple on our own and are very satisfied with the purchase of this bike. "Dear Sir's/Madam, Months ago I wrote a testimonal on how your Elk Grove, California Harley Davidson team assisted me in customizing my 2006 Soft Tail Deluxe. Today, I want to again thank your Elk Grove, HD Service staff; Lane Dyke, Jason Warren, and "Mongo" for their exceptional skills, knowledge and thoroughness when it came to building my new "Screamin Eagle" motor. My bike started out having an 88B motor and was transformed into the badest 95" money could buy. All "Screamin Eagle" internals were used to make the transformation with exception of a few silent components.... I won't tell.... :) The power is exceptional and I haven't had any problems at all with the promised performance or reliability. Lane was at his best conducting all of the necessary build, adjustments/dyno with Jason Warren and "Mongo" at his side with any technicial assistance. I can't express myself enough to do them any justice. I just know I got the product they promised me and the power and respect on the road! "Just wanted to put it out there what an outstanding job the staff have been doing, even with all the new staff they have that Friendly smile and a real desire in helping you. Unfortunately several times I had to get some warranty work done on my 04 RG I say unfortunately cause that was down time and of course in the best days of riding, but can't complain about the service Jason did a great job told me how long it would take, what was involved and when I could pick it up and the best part No Charge, Sadly the 04 was totaled but I live on to ride again so I'd especially like to thank George Tonis for what I believe in going out of his way to acquire an 07 Black Cherry Pearl Road Glide I told him I was in no rush, was still in the healing process from my 04RG accident he discussed purchase options, upgrades, warranties anything I had a question on he would answer in great detail and if he didn't know he would find out and get back too you so you would know. Well went with some chrome acessories bumped up the engine a bit and placed an order, "Gonna be riding again!" Things were going going good until HD personal decided to strike and of course it had to be the plant where the touring bikes are built right? but like I had said I was in no hurry. Either George felt bad about the strike delaying the delivery of my RG or he felt I needed to get back to riding as soon as possible so he found one and did a trade with another dealer so I would avoid the back order caused by the strike When all the upgrades were completed he called said it was ready for pick up but he he knew about my physical limitations and offered to have it delivered, I declined, When theres a Will, Theres a Way and I rode! So George again thanks you've made this purchase enjoyable and stress free, your Enthusiasium, Knowledge and Professionalism reflexs on the product you sell and the image Elk Grove Harley Davidson will be known for"

"I just wanted to drop a line to let you guys know that I have been extremely impressed with your staff over the course of the last year or so. I purchased a 2006 Sportster Roadster in June of 2006 and was very impressed about the quality of service, attention to detail and the sincerity of the staff. Now, you have come through again. I had a FXRG riding jacket with a broken zipper that needed fixing. I dropped it off with no issues. Unfortunately, during the shipment of the jacket back to your shop, the jacket got lost and wasn't there in receiveing. Without hesitation, Wendy in apparel was quick to remedy the situation and offered me a new jacket! I feel she went above and beyond what was necessary and applaud her on her genuine concern for my situation. "December 10, 2006 I recently purchased a 2007 FXDSE from the Elk Grove Shop. After riding it for several days, I've had time to reflect on how fine this C.V.O. Harley Davidson 110 cu.in. Screaming Eagle is, as well as the "outstanding" after sales-customer service I experienced at the Elk Grove Shop. This all began with Michael Jensen and George Tonis. Together and individually over several meetings prior to purchase, these two guy's really focused and responded professionally about the Harley I was interested in. I also appreciated the professional manner shown by Mike Schroeder when helping me work out the financial details and warranty options Harley Davidson offers. The sales team made it all come together more smoothly than I imagined. I also want to point out the Part's and Service Department's catering to my specific needs this past week. Great teamwork shining here at all times as well! And I can't fail to mention Wendy Shaw's team in the General Merchandise Department. "We purchased an 07 Ultra Classic Electra Glide on July 29th. This was our 3rd Harley purchase, our other 2 Harleys were purchased from 2 different dealers but this experience with Elk Grove HD was EXCEPTIONAL. "I looked at all the Harley dealers in town several times, but couldn't find exactly the right bike for me. I bought a Sportster 1200 custom in meantime. I went to the Elk Grove shop to have it serviced and met a bunch of very professional and friendly folks at the store. While I was waiting to be picked up, I finally found my bike, a custom black and orange 2005 Dyna Wide-Glide. George Tonis was friendly, helpful, and had me on my new bike faster than I'd have thought possible. I found a couple of things not quite right about my new bike, and the guys back in the service department jumped on it immediately and got everything straightened out, literally. ") Jason in the parts department was also friendly and helpful, working with me to add things I wanted/needed on both the Sportster and the Dyna. In all, one of the best experiences I've ever had at any vehicle dealership, ever!"
